False. Eating more calories than your body needs will get you fat. Not carbs. Not eating late at night. The reason people come up with these crazy theories is they simply eat over their daily caloric limit and most of their eating is done at night. So they correlate eating late at night to getting fat. You guys will learn correlation doesn't necessarily equal causation.
