False. In fact working out everyday can stall your weight loss as your body will be in a constant state of stress. Inflammation and cortisol will be high which causes the body to retain fat. I highly advise to make sure you are well rested.
I prioritize rest over exercise. I spend less time in the gym in one week than most people spend on social media in one day. I only lift 3-4 days a week no more than an hour each.
