Myth 2: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day
False. Again as long as you get in your calories throughout the day it doesn't matter when you eat them. I always skip breakfast, workout fasted and eat my first meal at lunch. It is all just preference.
There is no metabolic advantage to eating breakfast. If you prefer breakfast then go for it. But if you skip it don't think it will slow your progress down in any way.
