Myth 3: You need to Eat Clean to lose weight

 

False. As long as your calorie intake is less than what your body needs you will lose weight.  You can literally eat Twinkies and still lose weight. You can drink beer and lose weight.  As long as you consume less than your body needs.  
 

Now is this realistic or sustainable? For most of us it is not. We still need to find a way to balance it out.
