Myth 6: You absolutely need supplements to succeed

False. Supplements are not needed at all. If you eat properly and put your focus on that you won't need them at all.

 

Note: even though I dont use any supplements I am not against them as long as you do your best to hit your nutrition with real food first. The problem I see is when people try to do shortcuts and use meal replacements or make up for poor eating by shoving a bunch of supplements down their throat.  Supplements should ALWAYS be secondary. Never the primary source for our nutrition.
