Myth 7: Exercise is a guarantee you will lose weight

Myth 7: Exercise is a guarantee you will lose weight

False. If you eat more calories than you burn you will NOT lose weight.

Exercise is great for overall health but it is a very poor tool to rely on for losing weight.  Don't believe those fancy cardio machines at the gym saying you burned 400 calories after running for an hour.  Calories burned from exercise are often over estimated and people have the tendency to believe they can eat those calories back.  One of the biggest mistakes to do!

Exercise is NOT NEEDED to lose weight.  Nutrition is still the most important factor in the equation. The base, the foundation. Learn how to understand and control this and you won't have to run everyday or go to the gym everyday. If you enjoy that go ahead but most can't sustain it. So don't kid or fool yourself.

Think of exercise as a nice bonus, but never ever EVER confuse the icing with the cake.

We can and will work smarter not harder and we will transform the way you think, act and eat.
