I have a better understanding of food and how to reach my goals.  I have developed the mindset of planing in advance.  I know how to choose my food accordingly and having protein earlier in the day to keep me full so I can still eat out and enjoy all the treats I love.

 

People are noticing I lost weight and they are commenting about my leaner look.

 

For my part just understanding the calories behind food and what is my daily target was what I needed to understand.  The tools were great as I can refer to it when I am unsure of certain foods and to do groceries accordingly. I lost weight and the fat on my back which was my main focus.  I am happy and comfortable for now.  The next step is working on being consistent long term.

 

Gil I truly wanted to thank you for your guidance and feedback during the whole process. It definitely changed something in me. I know what to do for the rest of my life.  It is the mindset and my responsibility to work on the mindfulness of eating. We eat a lot most of the time because of our emotions, stress, feeling unhappy etc... so it is a work in progress for me.


I commend you for doing this program with us everyday. I don’t know how you do it all year but props to you.  Thanks again man and keep changing lives 😉
