I have struggled with health and fitness most of my life, particularly with losing/maintaining weight. I've tried many programs including extreme exercise, diets and even weight watchers. Each method worked in the short run, but I continued to struggle with having a healthy relationship with food as well as a positive body image. Inevitably, due to the restrictive approach or the lack of understanding on how to maintain the results on my own, I would revert to my previous habits and start the whole process over again.

 

I was initially hesitant to join the Mighty Transformation program since I was tired of the same cycle of only short term gains, but Gil's guidance and flexible approach taught me I could still enjoy food, (homemade or at restaurants), tequila (I went to Miami and celebrated many events during the 3 month program), and that I don't need to work out excessively throughout the week to see results. The Transformation program gave me the tools to focus on taking care of my body by emphasizing the importance of rest, not feeling guilty for indulging from time to time, and learning to maintain my results long term.

 

I lost 20 pounds on this program!

 

The weight loss, knowledge on nutrition, and the other women I met in the program have made this experience invaluable. I can't recommend Gil enough - he took women with very different lifestyles, body shapes, and goals and helped us to not only achieve those goals but we're all eager to continue this lifestyle with the knowledge that we've gained.

 

Gil's constant support throughout the whole process was truly invaluable.  I'm so happy to have been part of this group!
