Really happy to have done this program. I feel honored to be part of this group. I was totally ignorant about calories and nutrients that were in my food. I just thought I knew the basics: good food versus bad food. I was wrong, I was not aware even if you eat "healthy" you can still gain weight. I have learned so much. Now I remark even more when all those myths we are used to hearing: don't eat late at night, don't have sugar or dessert, eat clean and you will be fine. These people should do your program Gil and they would be happy to understand how they can have their treats in moderation while still respecting and reaching their goal at the same time. Thanks for everything I've learned with you during the last few months. I am happy to have done this. Now I've all the tools and knowledge to continue by myself.
 
By the way I'm 47 and I have 2 big kids: 19 and 16 years old.
Just to get rid of another myth I don't like to hear. It's harder to lose weight when we are older. What I now know is this: as we age our bodies need less energy than before, so simply mind your food intake and you will not gain weight! Adjust your consumption of food and make good choices that fit your goals and preferences.

 
Gil, this is a wonderful program. It works fantastic. It is friendly, easily available from everywhere.  You did a good job! Really happy to become an Alumni and I will recommend your program no doubt.
