I can’t believe it’s over!! I never thought this would end, it went by so fast that I didn’t realize that I am slowly reaching my goal! I’ve eaten a lot of foods that I normally don’t because I thought bread, pasta, chocolates, cake would make you gain weight! I thought that eating more "healthy" food would guarantee me to lose more weight, but that wasn’t the case at all!! It’s not the food that we should blame, it is how much you’re eating! When I first started the program I was determined to be consistent and dedicated because I was really tired of gaining, losing, and gaining more than what I started with.
Before doing Mighty Transformation, I had issues with my knees. The pain started when I gained weight and I started working out. Lots of squats, burpees, running .. but I always felt that my knees were getting worse. I would lose maybe 5 lbs and gain them back double. Now I feel different. No more pain in both my knees. When I workout I feel lighter. I can do squats without feeling the pain. I have realized the cause of the pain is not because I am getting older. NO. It is because I was overweight. I used to fear eating rice or bread because in my mind, this will make me gain weight. NOT anymore. It is not the food to blame but myself and how much I was eating. I am so thankful for you Gil and your program. You have shown and proof that being accountable is one of the key to success. If you want it, it will happen!
Gil at the beginning of the program you have mentioned that we are the captain and that you are just helping us navigate; and actually I disagree because I think that YOU are the captain of the program because without your leadership, we wouldn’t be able to be where we are right now. The knowledge and the tools you shared with us was the best gift that I could ever receive for Christmas.
This program is money well spent! Absolutely works as long as you put your time and mindset into it.
My goal is to reach my target goal in another year. I have lost total of 14 lbs so far. I know is not about a scale or inches but I need something to be able to say Yes! I got this!
Thank you Gil for your inspiration, your guidance, and your patience. You have helped me get back on track with no pain at all. You are the true testament! I hope to see you when I come down to Toronto!
