I'm running an investment firm, building another business, married with 4 boys, Active with 2 social and Philanthropic organizations. I don't know many people around me busier than me and I still managed to lose over 30lbs. Good Health is wealth!!
What a journey of self discovery it has been! To be honest, I wasnt sure how successful I was going to be. However, it has been one of the best challenges I have undertaken as it has taught me new behaviours that I can use for my continued journey to get leaner and eat in a controlled manner. What I have learned is consistency, we over eat without really understanding how it can impact us daily and that simple little changes to our daily habits and routines can go a long way to positively (or negatively) impact my day.
This program has really impacted many areas of my life including reinvigorating my enjoyment of walking. While I haven't been able to exercise due to an injury I have been able to consistently lose weight which really supports the notion that exercise has little impact to sustained weight loss.
This program really couldn't come at a better time and juncture of my life as I was struggling with how I was going to tackle my weight. This program has also boosted my confidence, allowed structure and focus to my daily eating habits and made me feel great about myself again.
The title is not misleading. It truly is a MIGHTY TRANSFORMATION both inside and out. By staying true to my goals within the structure of this program, it has taught me that modifying behaviours doesn't have to be an insurmountable endeavour but small achievable steps taken and done repeatedly.
Beyond these positive changes, I have made new friends, reacquainted with some old ones and feel like I'm part of a family of like-minded people who just want control of their life back.
I'm so grateful to you Gil Mesina for your support. Introducing me to this phenomenal program and giving me a new perspective to eating and lifestyle change. I am a walking talking testament to this program and many people have already asked me how I did it. Of course, I've pointed them to your direction.
