Everything seemed impossible during COVID-19, but despite all the difficulties, the pandemic gave us all a chance to really look within and reevaluate our habits and goals.
With Coach Gil Mesina, a great team, and an awesome support system at home (shout out to my sister, Grace), we studied the science of food and learned to create a personal formula that fits our lifestyle.
No diet plans or deprivation of food. We managed what we eat and we made our favorite treats like pizza, ice cream, chips, or even wine work for us.
Aside from Berkeley’s Project BLINK, my biggest project was MYSELF. More than the outward weight loss, I did this for inner transformation - to learn discipline, balance, and consistency.
I am still a work in progress and as Gil always says... The most important thing is to SHOW UP for yourself every. single. day.
