Have you ever looked at yourself in the mirror and thought: how the hell did I get there? Well, I have...To be honest with you, I didn't like what I see in the mirror for at least last 6 or 7 years. Extra pounds were pilling up, slowly but surely. I tried different diets, detoxes, read tons of books and blogs, listen to weight loss "gurus" whose recommendations were pure torture ... yet those stubborn pounds were completely "immune" despite all my efforts. I got fed up. I put away the scale that shamed me and I blamed it on a slow metabolism.
Then in April, I was chatting with my friend Velina, who mentioned that she and her hubby Allan, just graduated from this wonderful program. Not only did they both lose weight, but they really enjoyed the process. She sent me the link and that was my first introduction to Mighty Transformation.
I'm not going to lie, I was skeptical: how can you enjoy a diet?! My past experiences were far from pleasant. But I wanted to change sooooooo badly, I've decided to give it a try.

that I was not on a "restrictive diet" even for a single day - during the course I've had as much ice-cream as I have had for 10 years combined!
And most of all I love the fantastic results! I've lost 20 pounds and counting. In the beginning, the weight loss was my primary goal but then I realized that weight is not important at all. It is just a number on a scale. And that number is never going to make you happy if you don't change your mentality.
That was the greatest value of this program for me: by answering Gil's questions and completing different tasks and challenges I finally started to develop a formula that works for me: the lifestyle and eating habits which I actually enjoy very much and can see myself carrying throughout my life. For me the effect of this Program was greater than just the ability to fit into my prom dress. For years, I've had high blood pressure and was taking a cocktail of pills on a daily basis. Sleep was horrible. I was lucky to get 3-4 hours a night. Now, I forgot when was the last time I took those pills. My blood pressure is 120 over 80. And I sleep like a baby. Literally...if I don't turn on an alarm clock - I'm not going to make it to work :p
