What this program did was change my mindset. Ever since I went on a cruise and doing midnight shifts my body changed for the worse. The body clock and eating habits went out-of-whack and it's been a struggle ever since to get back in better shape until I found Mighty Transformation.
The simple part of the program were using the tools provided. A huge help to get me through my shifts and overtime was the increase in protein. This prevented the feeling of hunger and the need for high calorie snacks. This was also my solution whenever I had a craving and was adjusting to a new eating limit. I was simply lacking protein or not drinking enough water. I also learned how to use certain foods to make my meals filling and alter some choices when eating out. I have a better idea which types of foods to cut down on and which foods to have more of while staying within my limit. So knowledge is absolute power.
The process is great! Simple and all about choice. The best part of it all: I never missed out on any family gatherings, parties or congress and dance events. I can have any food I want but I just need to understand my portions to stay within my limits.
The tools I have now prepares me for the ultimate test: A month in the Philippines for a family vacation with three major feasts. I'll have fun, eat and celebrate. Once I return I'll know how to get back in shape.
I am feeling very confident on continuing this lifestyle after the program.
No matter how much I danced both breakin' and salsa it did not produce as much as this program so THANK YOU GIL! Im extremely happy with the transformation, I’m feeling better overall!
