I wish it weren’t over yet! How often one can hear that complaint!

I excelled at my initial goal.  I also feel happy wearing loose pants, looking at the mirror, feeling light and getting compliments on my transformation. Every time I explain people how I got here, their first reaction is “oh, you must be really on a hard core diet and workout program to get to that shape that fast”.  And they don't really believe me that I did not suffer, that I was not hungry, that I still eat what I want and I was not spending every night at the gym.

I had a great time over the past 12 weeks. I learned a lot about what I thought I know (calories, nutrition, etc), how to achieve the goal and how important to be consistent (not that I didn't know that part - but being accountable really makes you experience consistency .

I am looking forward to see how sufficient I can be in maintaining progress and also looking forward to the Elevation program because I want to benefit from learning about other topics that I "think I know” .  Any knowledge is just a theory unless you start practice it.
AS to feed back on the program - I think it is very well structured, efficient, simple and not intrusive or overwhelming (except certainly the first time of taking pics and using tools .  But you really need that reality check - when you see all that body from 4 angles and think - holy sh*t, how did i get there and I am glad I am going to do something about that .

Big shout out to all ladies - you are champs - busy, active, taking care of yourselves and very kind, witty and supportive of each other! It was a pleasure to share experience and learn from you.

And the biggest Thank You goes to Gil - you are simply great. I love your approach to food stereotypes as it worked perfectly for me because I often don't follow “rules” and believe in my own experience or approach to “beliefs”.

Thanks for being kind, supportive, attentive, keeping it down to earth and easy, always on time, always one click away and patient! It was great to learn from your example, from your everyday logs and comments. And you broke my strongest stereotype!  You should see me telling friends ‘"that guy drinks beer and he is ripped”.

Thanks for everything you did for all of us and will do for others
