I finally realized that it's time for my health and fitness to become my number ONE priority. I also noticed that I started progressively gaining weight and wasn't able to figure out how to manage it.
I love working out and my primary weapon to fight extra weight was time in a gym. Second in line was avoiding sweets following a common myth that sweets convert straight into fat! I couldn't be farther the truth!
I decided to join Mighty Transformation as I witnessed many MT participants succeed, a number of them I knew personally and was wowed by the results. The key sign that it would work for me was that the results were maintainable, not a quick fix by the end of the program.
The arrangement looked perfect for me as it was 100% ONLINE/REMOTE with no appointments whatsoever! During the program I gradually learned about how food and body work together. Gil presented various tools and educational materials in a timely fashion to help me understand how MY body works, accommodate MY food preferences and develop a unique formula that works FOR ME!
I love eclairs! To say I ate only eclairs would be a lie, because I also ate croissants, pain au chocolat, various berry tarts and an array of other yummies one can find in Paris! Let's not forget cheese, wine and baguettes! I can't believe that I didn't have to exclude a single treat that I like! Nor I was starving at any point! Instead, I was catching myself eating out impulse, stress/procrastination, because it's there, or not to throw it away.
This is definitely something I can apply all my life moving forward. My metabolism will change, my food preference will change, my environment and circumstances, my fitness goals will change, however, the knowledge will remain! It will always be there to make appropriate adjustments! I define this new addition to my lifestyle as "Conscious eating".
You cannot even imagine how grateful I'm for this ability to be in a TRUE CONTROL! Thank you Gil for sharing your knowledge guidance along the way! Thank you fellow participants for your support and encouragement!
