Overall, I am very proud of what I have achieved. I lost a stone (14 pounds) in weight while still drinking beer and having foods I love. More importantly my mindset and approach to food and how I eat has changed forever. I will never go back to the “diet starts Monday, so pig out for the rest of the week” approach. One bad day shouldn't ruin me!
Over 12 weeks, Gil will explain the laws of energy balance and how that has an effect on weight loss/gain. He examines all your meals so you really get an understanding of just how many calories you are consuming. I was shocked to learn how some of my favourite meals are so calorie dense. Although I am happy with my weight loss I am even happier I gained a wealth of new knowledge and tricks about food consumption and keeping my weight where I want it to be. If you are in two minds about doing this program, take my advice and do it! You will learn so much and never have to worry about crash diets again. Plus, you will get to work with the most caring coach of all time who literally works 24/7 to ensure his clients are always getting the best service.
I highly recommend Gil and the team at MT. Gil is the most dedicated and passionate coach I have ever come across. This is not a job for Gil, this is his life. He has a no bullshit approach to dieting which means you can literally have your cake (or beer) and eat it!
