Having a supportive coach and environment makes a huge impact when making changes in our lives. Gil was supportive and offered great no nonsense ways to improve and reach ones goals without real restrictions or peddling supplements and protein powders the way most practitioners do. He sticks with food, the real deal.
I learned to take judgement out of foods by simply thinking of them as they are rather then good vs bad. I quickly realized ways to maintain my weight with tools that I no longer require. In turn they have helped me develop habits which have become my intentions. As I’m not on the internet much and prefer direct contact with a coach, I was amazed how well working remotely can work.
I worked with Gil for 2 months and in that short time my habits saw a shift. I loved his expertise in health and fitness he brings to his online program.
