Here we go! Time flies when you're having fun for sure! And honestly this has been one positive and fun experience for me. 

 

I didn't know what to expect except what ever happens at least I tried and if I do lose some weight well of course that's a bonus! Well, this program turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I have never been the type to diet as I enjoy food too much.. always have.  I have 4 young kids and that was my excuse as well. I'm a stay at home mom and yes very busy most of the time and you know what?? This program sure proved me wrong. Not only was the concept simple, it was possible!!  

 

Having the meals I had you wouldn't know I was on a "diet". Nothing was forbidden really but instead just within moderation.. With this concept I was able to enjoy my meals everyday and indulge on the weekends. I made time for my workouts even if for a few minutes a day... as a result I lost 1 pound almost every week. Slow but steady and I'm okay with that. I know what I have to do if I really wanted to lose more and fast. But again because this is not a "diet" it's a lifestyle I'm not rushing or in a hurry. 

 

One of the benefits of this program was I was able to do this with my husband, Steve. One of the BEST decisions I've ever made! He was such a positive partner, my "second coach." Together we were on the same page, had the same mindset, the same goals which was to be healthy and to be engaged with our 4 children! What can be more motivating than that? Luckily, he as well is doing phenomenal. We are both seeing great and positive changes as a result.  Gil Mesina, I can't thank you enough!!! Thank you for getting the ball rollin'.
