1. What is Online Coaching?

Online Coaching is being able to receive specific guidance and coaching from anywhere in the world. We have been delivering our services to clients in Canada, the United States, Argentina, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Barbados, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, France, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Gibraltar, Israel, Bahrain, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, China and Sri Lanka, Australia and New Zealand. It is much more affordable than in person one on one training or coaching.

 

2. How is Online Coaching Effective?

Success rate is high because you can do everything from your own home and at your own leisure and convenience. You control your own schedule.  Even if you are away on vacation or out of town, you can still be coached with 100% effectivity.

 

3. What makes Mighty Transformation different from other programs?

Most programs will try to force and mold you to their program where we instead shape and customize our program to you. There are no strict guidelines or rules.  There is no diet to follow. You will never be forced to do anything. We instead work with your preferences that fit your goals and lifestyle and come up with a specific formula that works for you.

 

4. What is the commitment level?

You simply have to check in online everyday with your coach. This is how you will build good behaviors and habits long term. Each program has its specific requirements so please check here for details.

 

5. Who is this for and who are your typical clients?

This is for anyone who wants to achieve fat/weight loss and obtain a positive relationship with food while using an easy, fun and sustainable method to reach their goals.

 

Most of our clients are professional women over 30.

 

This program is not for curing or treating any medical issues.

 

6. Will there be meal plans done for us?

No. While meal plans can be good short term, we believe long term they do not teach you how to think and learn for yourself. We would rather you pick and choose your own foods so you can truly discover what works and what doesn't work for you. Your coach will be there to guide you and give suggestions.

 

7. Do I need to count calories?

In the Genesis program we initially track our food intake using a number of tools. The first step is to gain awareness of what you are eating. It's not just what you eat that is important but also how much. You need to understand that even healthy and clean foods can work against you if you are not aware. Tracking your food gives you that knowledge and empowers you to make the right choices for your particular goals, lifestyle and preferences.

 

Tracking is mandatory in the Summit program.

 

8. Do I need to eat clean?

No. Clean eating is not mandatory and does not guarantee anything in terms of weight loss or weight gain.  But yes you should wash your hands before eating to be clean.

 

9. Do I need to cut out carbs or sugar?

No.  Cutting out carbs or sugar does not guarantee anything in terms of weight loss or weight gain. You will learn a balanced and moderate way to include indulgences and treats everyday.  We encourage you to have your cake and eat it too.  Or your beer, wine, chocolate, ice cream and whatever vice you may have.

 

10. Is it true there is no exercise in your programs?

For our Genesis program there is no mandatory exercise. While exercise is great for overall health it is a very inefficient tool to use for losing weight. People rely too much on exercise when it's nutrition that gives the biggest success when done right and also the biggest failure when done wrong.

 

Our Summit program has a specific strength training routine that must be followed.

 

11. Do I need to detox or cleanse before or during the program?

Absolutely not.  Your kidneys, liver, skin, lung all do that for you.  If these are not working then stop reading this and go to the hospital.  Detoxes and cleanse products are gimmicks and only clean out your wallet.  They are completely worthless and will never be used on our programs. There are no mandatory extra products to buy. No supplements are needed. No juice or shake diets will ever be used.

 

12. Is this for me and what is the cost?

If you are ready to prioritize yourself and want true long term change without the gimmicks, then this is for you.  We offer no shortcuts in our program but give you a toolset, knowledge base and positive mindset that you can use long term.
