Week 2 Meal Challenge

Traditionally I don’t normally talk about this until week 4-5 on the program, but it has been successful in the past year. So I thought I would introduce it a bit earlier to expedite your progress.
 

Here is the challenge: for AT LEAST ONE of your meals everyday try to get 1/4 of your plate in veggies. It can be raw, boiled, grilled, stir fried, steamed, roasted. Not French fries 🍟 😂🤣.
 

If you can do more meals then awesome.
If you can only do one veggie that’s ok. If you can do multiple that’s ok!
