When I saw a post from my niece that she as well lost some weight, I was instantly curious on how she did it. Coz for one, I knew she was very busy with her career & her studies. I can very much relate because I also am juggling a full time job plus my growing family with a very energetic and clingy toddler. Good thing my curiosity led to a very big opportunity for me. She introduced me to Mighty Transformation — to coach Gil.
Coach Gil, you are a blessing to me and to all the people you have guided with this journey. Your guidance led me back to the path that I have been looking for, for so long. Moreover, my relationship with food has never been this good and finally I am eating without restrictions and without hesitation. You showed me the tools and guided me how to use them. The proof is in the pudding (high protein pudding, right Coach Gil? Lol!) as they say. Not only did he have a new excitement about his weight loss, but about the new changes he'd made and the positive relationship he developed with food. How could I not give it a try?
Today I am apart of the same 12 week program, in week 4 of 12. Working with a great group of 25 women also striving to make change in their life, health, relationship with food. I have a healthcare background and the weekly lessons and tasks have been eye opening even though I technically know some of this information. The program has been amazing thus far and I can't wait to finish. But after the pandemic I found myself stepping back into old habits, eating out of boredom and putting on some weight.
So, this year, when I decided to also embark on my 1st salsa dance competition in Oct 2024, I decided that I would do the Genesis program again to get me back to better habits. But this time around, I really enjoyed the program because I felt like I was able to create it as part of my lifestyle. I wasn't as restrictive as my 1st time around, and allowed myself to go out and enjoy, but had the skillset to come back to my consistent habits.
When I completed the program I had lost almost 16lbs, but more importantly I felt more comfortable in my skin and felt great while wearing my salsa dance costume!

Think of Gil’s program as an investment in yourself , because it works and in my case where countless other methods had not worked. It was eye opening to me where I had been going wrong with my healthy eating and just a few minor changes ( suggested by Gil) had the inches falling away and my clothes fitting in a way they hadn’t for a couple of years. Since then, I have had 3 failed years of trying to get back on the wagon. The difference is that this wagon no longer worked for me.
Coming into this program was taking a step back to deconstruct the years of crash dieting, gym myths, timing of meals, etc. This was a reset button to start eating food and drink (any food or drink) the right way, and building a healthy relationship in the way I think about that food.
I have met my goal of losing 10lbs on this program, but this is only the beginning of a lifestyle change that will continue on.

This surpassed being a weight loss program. This changed my whole lifestyle. I learned so much about how to eat, my favourites being how to eat MORE and still lose weight and having go-to meals that are quick and easy to make. But his program didn’t stop at food, he taught me how important it is to connect with myself (rating my day, remembering my “why” and focusing on BAMS).
I finished the program down 19lbs, 4.5” off my waist and with a heavy weight lifted off my shoulders. With the information he provided and the daily guidance I received from him I was able to finally learn how to eat without worry or stress. To me, this was a healing journey, with food and myself, that made such a big impact it trickled down to my kids and the family I live with.

First off ... if you're on the fence ... just do it!! This was the BEST investment in myself I have ever made.
I didn't come into this looking to drop tons of weight, the weight loss (which was 10lbs in 12 weeks) was a happy bonus. My goal was to educate myself on what works for my body and repair my relationship with food after years (and years) of yo-yo dieting.

You really did cause a MIGHTY transformation for me, and the incredible part is that it had to do with so much more than just weight loss. Overall, in just twelve weeks, I lost 3.5 inches - 3.5! - throughout my body and I'm down from an XL/L to a L/M. And that's still not the best results! What you helped transform was a new healthy and happy relationship with my body and especially with food. I fully enjoyed foods that were once taboo & that I hadn't eaten in years, in some cases decades - hamburger & fries, pastas with cream sauces and, most especially, red wine! I've stopped my emotional eating habits and I now eat for pure pleasure and with joy. I know how to use macronutrients (protein, fat, carbs) and protein loading to stay satiated all day long without cravings and binge eating. I was a little skeptical at first as I didn’t understand how I could achieve results without a ‘restrictive’ diet and excessive working out (which is was what I was used to). That quickly changed when I found out that the word restrictions is not in Gil’s vocabulary 😆 this program is well worth the investment in yourself!!

I joined Gil's programs because my doctor kept on telling me that my Body Mass Index (BMI) was high – not healthy for my height and weight. I was technically OVERWEIGHT – even though I looked thin before the programs. My cholesterol level was also high. I was a walking time bomb, waiting for a heart attack or stroke to happen.
I said to myself, it is about time! I needed a change. A sustainable change.
I wanted to have a healthy lifestyle for me to be healthy at an old age. I want to live beyond 90 years old with still an active, healthy lifestyle. I want to travel for the rest of my life. I want to hike in the mountains and walk in the cobblestone streets of Europe even when I am old.
Therefore, I joined Gil's Genesis program. Then, a couple of months after the program ended, I joined the Summit program. The Genesis program was focused on healthy eating without feeling deprived of my favorite foods. With the Summit program, I developed a consistent workout routine but still maintained the healthy eating habits I learned from the Genesis program.
Looking back with the two programs I completed, I now feel better whenever I see myself in the mirror.
My friends also tell me that one thing noticeable with me was my flat tummy. I obviously had a beer belly before the program. Losing 5 inches in my waist was a big thing for me. We all know that a high waist line is a risk factor for cardiovascular diseases.
I also used to feel insecure whenever I go to the gym to workout. Now, I can workout with the muscular people at the gym and lift weights as heavy as theirs.
Finally, I am feeling confident that I can maintain my healthy eating habits and the consistent workout routine I developed from the programs. To me, this is the most important thing - to maintain healthy habits - because I want to live longer and healthily.

It’s not easy, not by any means, but Gil gives you the tools, confidence and coaching to achieve things you didn’t think you could. My wife and I had tried variations of dietary challenges before and the final outcome was great, however it was short lived.As the dietary restrictions were gone after the challenge period ended, it was all but too easy to fall into the same eating routines from before. which led to basically where we started off weight and appearance wise.
This is where Gil's program differs. It ISN'T a strict diet for 12 weeks, or diet at all which involves cutting out everything you love to eat or working out almost every day.
Mighty Transformation is a 12 week program of learning the skills and more importantly understanding how you can make your eating habits work for you, while still being accountable, but also enjoying some of the same foods you love.
Gil was always available when we had questions and was always on top of making sure we didn't just follow the plan, we understood it.
Unlike other diets or restrictive eating programs, Gil's program has made it so we don't even know how to go back to our old routines, we just enjoy how we eat now and it works.
If you are looking for something different than just a new diet, this program is strongly recommended.

Before I signed-up, I was a bit skeptical, but I saw all my salsa friends who went through the program and got great results.
Gil Mesina is an amazing coach, he was patient and always available to answer any questions. He didn’t pressure or force me into doing anything I wasn’t comfortable with. All Gil did was nudge me in the right direction, it’s up to me to walk in that direction.
Using Gil’s cheesy analogy, I’m the captain on the ship, he’s just a navigator, I still decide where to go. Even if I took a couple of missteps, Gil was not there to remind me about it, but just to recommend how to get back on track.
As Gil says in his ads, there are NO RESTRICTIONS at all, you can eat whatever you want, there are no fancy gimmicks at all. Gil will work with whatever situation / environment you’re in.
The program is not really about weight loss (that’s the easy part), but it’s about how to setup your habits and environment to live and sustain a healthy lifestyle. This knowledge goes beyond after the program is over.

I never thought I'd have to learn how to eat and fuel my body properly, given I used to be in the fitness industry. My only wish is I had connected with Gil Mesina earlier and INVESTED in myself earlier! Through this program, my goals were to build sustainability eating habits (less sugar, less processed foods and takeout), live a healthier lifestyle, lower my risk of diabetes (family history and borderline pre-diabetic).
RESULTS:
- completely changed how we shop and eat at home (from 4-5 days of takeout a week) to maaaaybe 1x a week
- figured out how to meal prep in an low effort, sustainable way...and for the whole family

I'm Gil's first ever client from Kuala Lumpur.
Despite the zoning issues, Gil was always available (and still is) at any time. Literally. I'd like to regard Gil of more than my coach now. My good friend, related from the ❤ .. so much more.
There are weekly videos we receive.. its very inspiring & calming to listen to Gil encouraging us on. Never critical or judgemental. Patient & understanding with quiet calm.
This was a transformation for me. I never regarded it as a Weight loss program. it wasn't. I ate what I like. Our local cuisine is packed with oil & spices & carbs yet I managed to still consume these delicacies. Its all about educating ourselves with the tools & knowledge imparted.
In essence, I ate and I shed lbs along the way. No self deprivation. No heavy exercise.

Mighty Transformation is unique as one of its main focus is sustainability. It has changed my perspective with food and what we consume. It allows us to eat whatever we like and promotes drinking beer while on the program. Gil sets you up on the road to success and continued success there after.
Although this program is not one on one, it did make me weary at first. Having done this program with 30 other ladies has helped motivate me during those 'highs' and 'lows' we experience. We had the ability to learn about each other, compare and even create special bonds with one another. Gil does a tremendous job each and every week doing personal videos for you that makes you feel like you are in those one on one sessions that we so desire when looking for a program to join. In addition, he is always available with his prompt responses never making you feel you are alone.
This experience was an amazing journey not only for me but for my family. We all took part and learned valuable information that will help continue with our healthy and active lifestyle. As we continue, this will have an impact to my children's upbringing and they too can pass on to their next generation. To know that we could be adding more years to our life is an investment in itself and this is what Mighty Transformation is about.
Gil, thank you once again for all your time, effort and patience you have given day in and day out to ensure our success. This much greatness can’t be summed up in a few short lines.
I whole heartedly recommend Gil and Mighty Transformations for every woman out there...literally every woman would benefit from this program regardless of your size or physique.
Gil is excellent at what he does. Although this entire program is over the internet, you instantly form a level of trust and understanding with Gil. He works hard to get to know each client and understand who you are and the challenges you face. He really does care about you. He cares about how your day is going and about how you are feeling through out his program. He wants your success as much as you do! His level of detail and dedication makes you feel like you are his only client. He is there for you 24/7. You don’t just have one interaction with him a day, there are literally multiple points of contact a day that keep you motivated and inspired. He is there, teaching, guiding, encouraging and celebrating with you at every turn.
I think the thing that I found most unique about this program is the safe and supportive environment Gil creates. We were a team of 32 and we each had our own goals and routes to get there, but Gil really brings you together to make you feel the strength in unity. Although we were all strangers spread out across the globe, we came together for 12 weeks to form a very special bond. We shared many laughs along the way and the amount of support and encouragement you get from the group ensures you keep coming back and wanting to be your best self.
This program is not one that is catered to a certain type of person or physique. It speaks to all women, of all backgrounds, in different parts of the world, and in different phases of life. All you have to do is show up. Each one of us had our own challenges which Gil dissected, unpacked, assessed and helped us better our relationship with food. For the first time in a very long time, I felt complete control of my eating habits and nutrition. The best part of this was the ripple effect it had on my family. My husband also lost 13 pounds just based on the changes I made with our meals. Even my kids were heavily involved and were so fascinated by the different tasks I had each week.
When I started MT I viewed it as a weight loss program. But within the first week, I realized that it’s so much more than that. It’s a course. A course on something we all do every single day...EAT. I started to think, I’ve spent so much time and money at continuing education in my professional field, how is this any different? Educating myself about food and what I put into my body is more than just weight loss, it’s about living a healthier life. And yes, of course I thought I could just read about it in a book or really do a deep dive on Google to find out what I should and shouldn’t eat, but Gil’s approach is like no other. It is worth the investment. You are worth the investment.
I’ve done it all..Keto, paleo, intermittent fasting, you name it. I would get results, but I would always burn out and go back to my old habits and lifestyle. With MT you get to enjoy all your favorite foods...there are literally no restrictions. Nothing. That’s what makes it so appealing to me and also what makes it sustainable. It was important to me to be able to enjoy the same meals as my family and not sit down with a salad every night while they enjoyed all the delicious foods I was dying to eat. Gil has equipped me with the tools to be able to eat anything guilt free, or as we call it, fearless eating!
I can’t recommend this program enough. There is no way to explain how, but it truly transforms your life. I felt stronger, more confident and more in control of my life than I have in a very long time. Mighty transformations is so much more than just a weight loss program, it’s a life improvement program.

For me it was realizing I overeat due to stress and a weak environment (I.e. wasn't surrounding myself with the most nutritious options). I have two kids and over time my weight just kept climbing. I am way past post-partum so naturally I thought exercise or detoxes or cutting certain foods out would help, but I never had any luck. What's worse is that I accepted my weight gain being a result of wacky hormones or genetics. Luckily by the end of 2020 I was fed up and gave Mighty Transformation a shot! I'm so glad I did.
Gil and our amazing group taught me so much about myself, and really helped me be more mindful about what I eat. He puts in so much time on a daily basis to check in, keep us accountable, but also keep us smiling and laughing! I am still in awe when I see my before photos, or feel how well all my clothes are fitting again 🙂

I would say to any of those who is considering:
This program will provide you with tools and knowledge on how transform your mindset and change your relationship with food.
You will need to be engaged though in the process and learn how to be accountable for what you trying to achieve. And, you will not feel alone in the journey.
It helped me to separate all of my reasons why I wasn't successful in my previous attempts to take control of my weight and health and focus on what can I do to change my daily routine, my daily meals, my relationship with the food, and get self awareness about my surroundings, how and what helps me or otherwise.
Did I reach my initial objective? - Only half through. What I've gained though is respect to my current circumstances, and without stressing myself too much built up a confidence that I got right tools, right set of mind and amazing support group to have sustainable lifestyle.
12 weeks will go by very quickly. My results were not noticeable to me at first but when I saw close pictures from the beginning of the program and about 10 weeks through it was very satisfying comparison 👌 😊.
I want to express my gratitude to an amazing person who is the center of the wisdom and strength of the MT program - Gil.

I have friends who had already participated in the program, with incredible and lasting results, and because I know how shrewd and down to the earth they are, I had already decided the program was credible. After connecting with Gil, and expressing my challenges and goals, I had absolutely no doubt that he and Mighty Transformation were exactly what I had been looking for.
Of course, I wanted to lose weight, however my main goals were not centred around weight loss. My lifestyle was changing, the pandemic hit, and all of a sudden my old ways of getting back on track were no longer working. More than losing weight, I wanted to develop a blueprint that would work for me and my lifestyle without having to “get back on track” time after time… I was craving consistency and stability. As a busy realtor who is constantly on the go, loves to cook, LOVES to eat, doesn’t like to waste (food or money) and also needed on the road solutions, a program of food elimination, shakes, pills, teas or required exercise just wasn’t going to work for me. I’m also not the type to just blindly follow a formula, I prefer to know why and then develop my own formula that works best for me and my specific needs. I was ready, I wanted to change my relationship with food, I wanted to understand my nutrition and I wanted to lose weight. Above all, I needed this to be sustainable. I knew it could be because several of my friends finished the program and had maintained their results 12 and 24 months after finishing the program! I am so used to gaining back the weight plus more!
What transpired was incredible! I became accountable for what I was eating, I learned and used tools to evaluate what I ate, I learned about dispelling weight loss myths, I learned how to nourish myself with whole foods that were nutrient dense but low in calories (Hello Veggies!). I also practiced patience, consistency and mindfulness. Oh and there were no restrictions whatsoever!
This was all done online with other like minded women and we supported one another and celebrated our achievements together.
Our coach Gil, is so incredible, he set up a safe environment where we could open up and confront our challenges together. He is meticulous and he is there to support you every single day. He presents information in a logical, easy to understand way and allows time for us to put it into practice.
My results after 12 weeks are a loss of 26.2 lbs and 8.5" from my waist and many inches off everywhere else! I have repaired my relationship with food, I've met some amazing women and I understand great things can happen with a positive attitude, showing up everyday and being consistent!

I heard about the MT program through a friend. I honestly didn’t know much about the program at all, but trusted her when she said that I would do well in the program. I DID DO WELL … I lost exactly 15 lbs in 12 weeks, and inches off my body. Personally, that’s not the most important ‘Transformation’ for me.
The real beauty of Gil’s program is that you’re left with the knowledge and understanding of how to lose weight in your own unique way, with foods you truly enjoy. Each week he introduces a new lesson that you’re required to put into practice. By the end of the 12 weeks, you feel like you’ve been Miyagi’d*, and have been set up for success (*The Karate Kid).
Even though the session has officially ended, my journey to lose weight and inches will continue. I have no doubt in my mind that I’m going to succeed, and I will forever be thankful to Gil and the amazing ladies who joined me on my journey❤️

The reason I chose Mighty Transformation is because I was looking for a way to permanently take control of my weight, while still being able to go out and eat the foods I like. The Mighty Transformation program promises to help you create a formula with which you can do exactly that. Promises and delivers! It does this by having you develop habits that enable you to lose fat while enjoying life. You can enjoy any food and micronutrient you like, as long as you're accountable.
The information in the program is chopped up into small parts that are easy to understand and implement. This enables you to truly master the concepts and make fatloss simple and maintainable long term. It helps you figure out what works for you and your goals. For me personally this meant that I could lose weight while still following a high volume strenght program. All that is required is for you to show up every day.

What I like most about having Gil as a coach is that he changed my mindset about dieting without imposing anything! He saw my treats and never really made me feel bad about having a cookie, assorted desserts, rice or pizza! There were handful of bad days, but Gil always made sure to bring me back on track every single time.

I really feel well equipped to maintain the key lessons you gave us, for the long term! I learned so much about little tricks that make the whole difference, especially learning to control my appetite… these are the key lessons I take from your program:
1. Recognizing when I get really hungry and when it is only thirst, that was a big changer for me… being truly mindful of my eating habits. An if I overeat, it’s ok, just continue the next day with the good habits.
2. How eating more protein can to curb my cravings, eating protein during the day and lots of veggies and in the evening my carbs- love that combo, I sleep great!
3. I learned about Intermittent Fasting and Calorie cycling - which helps me to have more control and gives more room to enjoy food in a more controlled way.
4. Budgeting my calories throughout the day… this was the great discovery for me: how it is possible to still indulge here and there but having an overall plan throughout the day on how to allocate the food groups. Beauty!
Looking at my start goals I can see that I still have some pounds to lose, but I feel that with these key lessons I will achieve my goal gradually - maybe slowly, but surely! And the most important, through a realistic approach. I believe that having a great relationship with food has a great impact in achieving a body-mind balance that extrapolates to other areas of our lives and this program has reinforced this belief! I’ve tried so many things over the past few years to lose weight. It almost seemed hopeless until recently. After seeing Gil’s posts online I thought to myself this will be my last attempt, I was hesitant but I went for it. Just for context, I had tried Jenny Craig, weight watchers, Isagenix, low carb diets, slimming teas + orange theory and countless others. So you can see after not attaining much results after all of that I didn’t think it was possible. I told myself that my metabolism had slowed down or I had a hormonal issue, none of which was true. I’m happy to say after Gil’s program I was able to lose close to 10 lbs and many inches around the waistline, chest & hips. I learned so much from Gil that I’m confident I can only continue soaring from here. I have the tools I need without the gimmicks and ongoing costs of these other programs. Gil is honest, caring and just a fantastic coach. He’s well versed in his craft and one of the most authentic people. I am so thrilled I jumped on this opportunity. I have learned so much form Coach Gil and the members of our group. There are so many opinions on nutrition and Coach Gil breaks it down into bite size pieces!!!
I lost 23.1 lbs but more importantly I reduced pressure off my back which was my “why” for doing the program. With my weight loss, it equals 98.2lbs of pressure off my back.
Each day I keep seeing improvements in my health overall. This is the best feeling ever. This week by far is the best my back has felt in 6 years.
Key learnings:
The volume and weight of food are not the same. This was a game changer for me.
Accepting I am how much I eat. I was overeating in areas I didn’t even realize and the awareness I learned is so valuable.
I have tools to now manage my weight. I was worried about losing the weight only to turn around and gain it back again. Not this time. Not only have I lost over 23lbs, I have the tools to know how to manage my weight going forward. And this includes no restrictions of any sort.
The program - I loved the check ins especially in every meal at the beginning. I also felt supported knowing Coach Gil was there, and the group too. Although I was anxious to get all the program details I am glad Coach Gil layered it weekly as it helps to digest the information and adopt new ways of thinking and behaving.
Coach Gil’s availability during the program was outstanding. I always felt connected and supported. I am amazed at how he can keep everything straight. Coach Gil‘s strength is how he connects with people and being able to engage in a manner that motivates action and change.
Thank you Coach Gil for the guidance, exceptional organization, gentle but firm coaching, kindness and authentic leadership. This program has exceeded my expectations. Before starting I actually did not know anyone that had used Gil as a coach. But I kept seeing his posts about the program or his clients & I was interested in learning more.
Never in my wildest dreams did I think it would possible for me to lose this much weight in 12 weeks!!!! I had said about 20lb for my goal, but realistically maybe more like 10lb, since this involved ZERO exercise & I have always done exercise + healthy eating hand in hand. To me it still doesn't make sense how I lost this much, but I was definitely proved wrong... I was very skeptical of a nutrition only approach for fat loss. It ended up being a mathematical calculation & I love math: just eat in a slight calorie deficit, with the majority of calories from nutrient dense whole foods. I was 100% confident that Gil had a gimmick & that I would catch him once I joined the program. Once again I was proven wrong. Who would have thought the the least complicated, least restrictive program would lead to the easiest results for me. I learned to eat smarter finally & make food work for me, which feels very empowering! I did not exercise because of an injury, but started walking more & moving better, less hip & knee pain. I've been to the gym just a few times to get familiar with the exercises for the next Summit program, but going slowly because it's been 1 year off from the gym.
The mental changes for me have been a happy surprise. It was wonderful to learn that we didn't have to cut out the foods we loved that were before considered "bad". Also the program was able to accommodate so many different ethnic foods, we didn't all have to eat the same thing! Our program started the end of September, but already for Thanksgiving I felt more calm regarding thinking about what foods I would be eating & able to enjoy with almost zero guilt! That is because Gil was prepping us the whole week ahead, letting us know it’s ok to enjoy our regular foods, we just have to be accountable. I know this is the easiest, least restrictive program that I have ever tried. In the past with different diet programs or personal trainers I have been told to eat as low as 1200cal per day ...while exercising. Most other programs max 1500cal.... while exercising. And then there is Gil's program where I was eating at least 2000cal...without exercise & still losing fat. I am feeling confident that I can still keep things up after the program is done because it is all just knowledge, not tools that are limited to the program so thanks again Gil for how you have designed this program. Also I am realistic & acknowledge the fact that there will still be some ups & downs in my weight, but I am predicting they won't be as drastic as before, because I know if I focus on my nutrition I can get back on track. I won't have to resort to extreme amounts of exercise in combination with restrictive cal to achieve it.
I have learned so many useful tools with this program. How to eat more mindfully, how to control my portions, macro targets. Gil, you are such a wonderful coach. Easy-going & encouraging, not a drill sergeant. Thank you for doing this with us side-by-side with your own meals & progress reports. I can't imagine other coaches posting their own daily reports in addition to keeping track of all the clients'. We had a great group of women to learn from each other & inspire each other in different areas both inside & outside the scope of the program! It was really nice to be in this as a group & get support from each other!
The only thing to improve would be if we all lived closer to each other so we could have met up a couple times!
I’m a single mom & I feel this is 1 of the best risks I’ve taken lately. It has improved my mood, given me more energy to run after my kids. My kids want me to keep Coach Gil around for a long time! It ended up being such an awesome end to 2019 for me thanks to this program❤️

I just completed the Mighty Transformation program this summer and I am honestly speechless. Gil made me feel as if I was his only client and had his undivided attention. Anytime I’d ask a question, he would respond back within minutes. Why? Because he cares. He wants you to get healthy and eat the right amount of calories (and having fun doing it)! He’s supportive, inspirational, and extremely kind and I’ve learned so much about myself this summer.
I never once felt restricted- in fact I never once felt guilty drinking wine, eating chips, cookies, and ice cream. I have become more mindful of what I’m taking in on a daily basis and I’ve learned how to still eat everything I enjoy (clearly)😊The best part is you don’t even have to go to the gym. Go because you want to get strong, de-stress, and relax your mind.
For all those that are wondering if it’s hard to do on vacation or while traveling for work/ not at all. I was on a cruise (all you can eat) and lost 2 pounds. I travel a lot for work and would plan my meals and had Gil by my side helping me with what to order and eat. I still enjoyed and kept on with the program. Don’t let traveling be an excuse. I was an athlete before having my children so I thought it would be so easy to lose the weight I had put on during my pregnancies but month after month I struggled to lose even just a few pounds.

Mighty Transformation opened my eyes to the secret of weight loss: Consistency in Mindful Eating, Eating needs before wants, keeping one accountable for their food in take. Since the program started, I barely went to the gym or did exercise.
I started prioritizing my nutrients over my indulgence. I even find that I don’t engage in have as many treats as I want to. And when I do indulge I don’t fuss as much.
It’s really no BIG deal.
What I liked about the program is that it protected everyone from insult or self criticism. It encouraged the brick by brick mentality as opposed to building a wall in a day. I like the positive safety net that my coach, Gil created. He could easily relate to our struggles and provided encouragement
I like how Genesis encourages one to be accountable and make changes often. It’s a game of flexibility. The weekly reports were more a reflection to me and helping make better nutrition choices. The articles provided were insightful and thought provoking. They helped me see food and nutrition in a different lighting.
I thought Gil was spectacular coach. ALWAYS checking in on me, ALWAYS keeping me accountable and ALWAYS throwing suggestions. He ALWAYS SHOWED UP. What I’m truly grateful for is the knowledge I’m now armed with. Before this program, I honestly believed that some foods should be labelled “bad” and avoided at all costs. So when I’d eventually succumb to temptation and eat these “bad” foods, I would hate myself afterwards. Gil taught me that there are no such things as “bad” foods….only bad portions ;). As long as you’re accountable, and plan ahead, you can eat anything you want.
Although the program is officially over, I don’t feel like this is the end of the road. Quite the opposite, really. WIth my newly acquired knowledge, I’m now armed with enough information to continue this journey. I don’t necessarily need a set numeric goal. But instead, the goal is to continue to learn, continue to improve, and continue to feel proud of my accomplishments.

To me this program has been incredible. when I first heard about it I did not really think much about it. It has been one incredible journey.

One of the many things I appreciate about MIghty Transformation (MT) is community. Even though the course is done remotely and online, you would never feel alone, the daily end of week reports keeps everyone in the loop and the information or tips of the day will give you more knowledge. This isn’t one of those programs where you appear and then vanish once it ends, Gil does a great job making you feel welcome and keep more than just a personal relationship through group outings.

Making the decision to do this program was one the best thing I did for myself. Back on 2014, we made a decision to move from up North to Sunny Florida and pretty much life happen. Always super busy working 10hrs shift and if I wasn’t working I was running errands. Therefore, I was eating anything quick I could grab and go. It really is that simple. There are no meal plans, no need for vitamins and pills. He really does make sure you are have your cake and eat it too.

Once you are in his program his response time for questions concerns or updates a lot better than what you would think. He is does a great job of keeping up with your posts.
